Your first visit is a 45–60 minute one-to-one with Dr. Abeeha. She reviews your health history, current symptoms, and goals. Where relevant, she will recommend a diagnostic panel — blood tests that check for deficiencies, hormonal imbalances, metabolic markers, and more.

From there, she designs a personalised protocol that may include supplements, IV therapy, peptide therapy, or a combination. You leave with a clear, actionable plan — not just a prescription.

All treatments at Renew You are physician-supervised by Dr. Abeeha Oza, MBBS, RCPI Diploma in Obs & Gynae. Every supplement in our range is chosen based on clinical evidence, and every IV session is prepared fresh on the day and administered under medical supervision in our DHA Phase 8 facility.

Most over-the-counter magnesium in Pakistan is magnesium oxide — which has less than 10% bioavailability. Your body absorbs very little of it, and it often causes digestive discomfort.

Our Magnesium Glycinate 1000mg is the chelated glycinate form — significantly better absorbed, gentler on the gut, and clinically effective for sleep quality, muscle relaxation, blood pressure regulation, and insulin sensitivity. It is the form Dr. Abeeha recommends in-clinic for most patients.

Our Inositol Complex combines myo-inositol and D-chiro-inositol at the clinically validated 40:1 ratio — the most evidence-backed supplement for PCOS and insulin resistance. It also contains Vitamin D3 400IU and L-Methylfolate 400mcg.

It is primarily recommended for women with PCOS, irregular cycles, elevated androgens, or insulin resistance. It supports regular ovulation, hormonal balance, and improved egg quality. It is part of the standard PCOS protocol at the clinic and best taken alongside a diagnostic panel.

Standard folic acid is a synthetic form that the body must convert into active folate (5-MTHF) before it can be used. A significant portion of the population carries MTHFR gene variants that limit this conversion — meaning they absorb far less than the stated dose.

Our Women's Foundation contains Quatrefolic® 600mcg — the most bioavailable form of active folate, already in the form your body uses directly. It is especially important for women trying to conceive, during pregnancy, and for anyone who has had unexplained pregnancy complications or poor response to regular folic acid.

The Radiance Complex contains pharmaceutical-grade Glutathione 500mg, Vitamin C 50mg, Alpha Lipoic Acid 25mg, and Vitamin E 200IU. Most IV sessions take between 45 to 90 minutes, depending on the protocol. The NAD+ Reset and multi-protocol sessions may take longer. You will be seated comfortably in our IV Wellness Lounge at our DHA Phase 8 clinic throughout.

First-time patients have a brief consultation with Dr. Abeeha before their session. All formulations are prepared fresh on the day. We recommend arriving well-hydrated and having had a light meal beforehand.

For most IV protocols, a brief intake with Dr. Abeeha before your first session is included. For advanced protocols such as the NAD+ Reset and Biohacking & Longevity drip, a full consultation is required before booking.

For Performance and Signature tier supplements — particularly Inositol Complex, CoQ10 Complex, and Radiance Complex — we recommend at minimum a brief phone or WhatsApp consultation so Dr. Abeeha can confirm suitability. Some of these are part of active clinical protocols and work best when paired with the right diagnostic data.
