Renew You Clinic is Pakistan's first physician-led peptide medicine clinic, founded by Dr. Abeeha Oza (MBBS, RCPI Diploma in Lifestyle Medicine). We operate from Shop #03, Plot #63C, Al Murtaza Commercial, Lane #03, Phase 8, DHA, Karachi, Pakistan.
Our website is located at renewyouofficial.com. For the purposes of this policy, "we", "us", and "our" refer to Renew You Clinic. "You" refers to any visitor, patient, consultation enquirer, quiz user, or customer.

We collect information you provide directly and information generated automatically when you use our website.
Information you provide:
- Name, email address, phone number, and WhatsApp number when you submit a consultation booking or contact form
- Health and lifestyle information you enter into our Wellness Quiz
- Shipping address, billing details, and order history when you purchase supplements through our shop
- Any information you share via WhatsApp, email, or direct message with the clinic
- Communications and clinical notes arising from your in-person consultations with Dr. Abeeha Oza

03 Health & Medical Data

- Chughtai Lab: When you undergo diagnostic testing as part of your care, the relevant identifying and clinical information is shared with Chughtai Lab for processing. Their own privacy practices apply to data they hold
- Payment processors: Payment card information is processed by our payment gateway providers. We do not store full card details on our servers
- Shopify: Our supplement e-commerce store is powered by Shopify. Customer order and billing data is processed under Shopify's privacy policy, which is available at shopify.com/legal/privacy
- Service providers: We may share data with trusted third-party providers who help us operate our website and services (hosting, email delivery, analytics) under strict confidentiality obligations
- Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by Pakistani law, a court order, or regulatory authority, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of our patients, staff, or the public

06 Online Shop & Shopify
Our supplement shop operates through Shopify. When you purchase from our shop, your order, payment, and shipping information is processed and stored by Shopify in accordance with their terms of service and privacy policy.
Information collected during a purchase includes your name, delivery address, email address, and payment details. This data is used to fulfil your order, communicate about delivery, and process any returns or refunds.

08 Data Retention

- Clinical and medical records: Retained for a minimum of 7 years from your last consultation, in accordance with standard medical record-keeping practice in Pakistan
- Order and transaction records: Retained for 7 years for tax and financial compliance purposes
- Consultation enquiries not converted to appointments: Retained for up to 12 months, then deleted
- Wellness Quiz data: Retained in anonymised, aggregated form for service improvement; personally identifiable quiz data deleted within 12 months if no consultation follows
- Marketing consent records: Retained until you withdraw consent, then deleted within 30 days
09 Data Security
We take the security of your personal and health information seriously and implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect it against unauthorised access, loss, alteration, or disclosure.
- Our website uses HTTPS encryption for all data transmission
- Access to patient records is restricted to Dr. Abeeha Oza and authorised clinic staff
- Payment processing is handled by PCI-compliant third-party providers; we do not store card details
- We review our security practices regularly and update them as technology and threats evolve
